How much does it cost?
Private rooms start at $3,600 per month, all-inclusive — room, three home-cooked meals daily, personal care, medication management, housekeeping, laundry, utilities, and Wi-Fi. Shared room rates vary by availability, so please call us at (619) 316-5779 for current pricing.
What is included in a private room?
A private furnished bedroom with an adjustable bed, dresser, nightstand, TV, closet space, and plenty of room for walkers or wheelchairs. Residents are welcome to bring their own furniture and decorations to make the space feel like home.
What level of care do you provide?
We support activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility), medication management, health and vitals monitoring, incontinence care, transfers, and early-to-moderate memory care. Caregivers are awake and on site throughout the day and night.
Do you have rooms available right now?
Availability changes often since we are a small residence with a limited number of rooms. Call or text (619) 316-5779 and we'll tell you exactly what's open and can usually schedule a same-week tour.
Are there extra fees or level-of-care charges?
No hidden fees. Your monthly rate covers care, meals, and utilities. If a resident needs specialized equipment or outside services such as therapy or hospice, we coordinate those and discuss any cost with the family up front.
Can family visit and stay involved?
Absolutely. Families are welcome to visit, join meals, and use our shaded patio. We keep you updated on your loved one's health, appointments, and daily wellbeing.
How do I move a loved one in?
It starts with a tour and a short assessment of care needs. From there we build a personalized care plan, complete the paperwork, and coordinate move-in — often within a few days.
